- Welcome to Course-Navigator.com (referred to as "the Website”), owned by AJWEBCOMMERCE LTD (referred to as “Company, We or Us”). Course- Navigator provides a comparison platform to find the best Project Management Professional (PMP) courses (referred to as “Service”)

5. Dispute Resolution
1) To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a ‘Dispute’ and collectively, the ‘Disputes’) brought by either you or us (individually, a ‘Party’ and collectively, the ‘Parties’), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
1) If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days, it shall be determined by a single arbitrator who shall be chosen in accordance with the prevalent Arbitration laws of the United Kingdom. The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the proceedings shall be English. Applicable laws and rules shall be the law of the United Kingdom.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON- INFRINGEMENT.
